At The Reset, we understand that the fast-paced nature of the modern world can lead to feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, burnout, and being unbalanced. Our 10 week 1:1 coaching program is designed to help individuals overcome these difficulties and experience greater mental clarity, a regulated nervous system, increased focus, more energy and heading in the right direction with their life. The most common issues that our clients come to us for are:

  • Overwhelm: Difficulty in managing work and life balance, feeling overloaded and unable to keep up with lifes demands

  • Disconnection: Feeling isolated and disconnected from yourself and others, difficulty in building and maintaining relationships

  • Burnout: Chronic stress leading to physical and emotional exhaustion, loss of motivation and interest in life and work

  • Unbalanced: Difficulty in maintaining a balance between work and personal life, neglecting personal needs and responsibilities

 

Through our 1:1 coaching program we implement our 5 core pillars of Structure, Order, Routine, Discipline and Consistency to improve their overall well-being.

  • ORDER: Becoming aware of what is within your control, recognising what are your important priorities and taking action towards gaining more stability.

  • STRUCTURE: The intentional organization and planning of daily/weekly activities and priorities. Building a framework that enhances efficiency, focus, overall well-being and to achieve specific goals and maintain balance

  • ROUTINE: Boosts efficiency and time management, resulting in optimal use of time and energy to promote a stable balance between work and personal life.

  • DISCIPLINE: Leads to goal achievement, increased productivity, and a sense of accomplishment. Resisting distractions, making the most of time and resources for better efficiency and productivity in life.

  • CONSISTENCY: Once clarity has been gained and you have overcome your limitations and blockages and your life is now going in the right direction and having proof of that, you’ll have self accountability

 HOW WE WORK

Our 10-week 1:1 coaching program is designed to help individuals to understand their specific needs and goals, and develop a customized coaching plan to support them in achieving these. The program includes a combination of breathwork sessions for releasing stress and promoting relaxation and transformational coaching to shift limiting beliefs and create more mental clarity. A. big focus is accountability, to drive progress & develop new positive habits, and to build higher tolerance to stress and life’s challenges. These program can be held in person or online.

We help clients to overcome:

  • Overwhelm: By providing tools and strategies for managing stress, setting realistic goals and expectations, developing effective time management skills and creating balance.

  • Disconnection: By building emotional intelligence, communication skills and fostering a sense of connection and understanding with themselves and others.

  • Burnout: By identifying and shifting patterns of self-sabotage, developing healthy habits, creating balance in the nervous system and setting realistic expectations.

  • Unbalanced: By developing balance in work and personal life, fostering self-care, setting realistic boundaries, and creating a fulfilling life that aligns with their values and goals.

OUR COACHING PROCESS 

Our 10-week 1:1 coaching program includes:

  • 10 weekly one-on-one sessions, comprising of 7 coaching sessions and 3 breathwork sessions to help clients manage stress and promote relaxation.

  • Weekly check-ins to track progress and ensure that clients are on track to achieve their goals.

  • A focus on setting specific and measurable goals and creating actionable steps to achieve them.

  • Ongoing accountability, guidance, and support throughout the entirety of coaching program to ensure clients make progress and maintain progress over time.

  • Utilization of powerful questionnaires to get clients asking themselves new questions and to highlight limiting beliefs and old patterns.

  • Access to prerecorded breathing practice training videos to guide clients in self-care and stress management and support clients in their continued growth and development.

  • Comfort zone challenges to help clients widen the window of tolerance in their nervous system to be able to better manage and handle stress and discomfort that arises in day to day life.
