At The Reset we use a breathwork technique called Circular Breathing to reset and regulate the nervous system. This technique allows for the release of tension and stress, leading to an increased sense of ease in the body and mind and resulting in deep and sustainable positive transformation.

This technique has been shown to help individuals take their lives to the next level by expanding their window of tolerance in their nervous system for a greater resilience to stress and life's challenges whether those challenges are in the present or from the past. Breathwork also allows for greater self-awareness and a deeper connection to the body, leading to increased confidence and mental clarity. Overall, it offers the opportunity for individuals to reset themselves and gain insight from their internal guidance system, resulting in a more present and balanced day-to-day life.

DIFFERENT WAYS TO EXPERIENCE RESET BREATHWORK:

 

1:1 SESSION:

In person sessions are held in Auckland in a private studio in Titirangi or conducted online via Zoom. Sessions are 1.5 - 2 hours in duration.

Pricing for sessions: $180 NZD

 

WORKSHOPS:

These Reset events are highly sought-after and consistently sell out. They are typically conducted over a period of 2 or 3 hours. They are held in both New Zealand and Australia. Up-to-date information on upcoming workshop dates can be found on The Reset’s event page.

 

PRIVATE GROUPS:

The Reset also offers tailored sessions for workplaces and corporate seminars or for a group of individuals seeking a private event. These sessions can be customized to meet the specific needs of the group, and can range from 1.5 hours to 3 hours in duration.
